Bryony and Alex

I was closer to forty when I decided to move to another country to try and extend myself, and see more of the world. However I planned this journey; the beginning was difficult for me, as leaving everything behind was even more challenging than I thought. Living without your friends and family, learning new languages, and missing your home comforts was never going to be easy.

Bryony and Alex, however, were my first landlords, and they made this transition easier for me. They were so kind and friendly, and helped me in the early weeks. I'm so grateful to begin my UK based life with these gorgeous people. Now I'm enjoying my life in this beautiful country, doing what I love to do the most, and drinking tea with milk! (Couldn't imagine before!) Bry and Alex, thank you for everything. These images were taken shortly after their second boy was born – I am so lucky to have met these wonderful people.
